The Consular Department of the Russian Embassy accepts documents in Russian only.

If the document is in another language, a translation must be made and certified by the Russian Embassy.

The translation must be signed by a translator who cooperates with the Consular Department of the Russian Embassy and has confirmed his/her professional qualifications with relevant diplomas.

The translators of PFAT have confirmed their qualifications and are now certified partners of the Russian Embassy for translations.

Preparation of order

1. In order to receive a Translation, you need to bring original documents to our office – 39 Baznicas Street , Riga.

2. Clarification of details.

3. Our manager will clarify all details, review documents and inform you regarding the cost and terms. Once all details are coordinated, we will begin fulfilling the order.

4. Your documents are ready!

We will advise when you may pick up your documents in our office.
