Order process:
1. You should send us the original documents by registered mail (with a tracking number). Please enclose a note with your contact details in the envelope: name and surname, e-mail and phone number.
2. We receive a letter and contact you to clarify the details of the order. After that, we issue an electronic invoice.
3. You pay the invoice by bank transfer, and after receiving the payment, we immediately start processing the order.
4. When the translation of the document is ready, notarially certified, and the Apostille is affixed, we send the documents back to you by registered mail or courier service (at your request) and provide its tracking number.
